Poorvesh Thakkar from FunAsia (Thakkar Developers) further told us that he is feeling positive about this project and their development team has already invested in the land required that is almost less 80 acres near Sam Rayburn Tollway close to Alma Drive. He further said that the project is going on full swing. They are fully committed and have been working on the same dedicatedly for the last few years.
Though Poorvesh Thakkar refused to give any information on the estimated cost of this project but one of the sites providing information on getting green card mentions that the overall cost of this project is somewhere $500 million.
