Hero Nithiin makes a return to the silver screen, post the failure of his last release, the stylish thriller Lie, released last year, with the Krishna Chaitanya debut directorial Chal Mohan Ranga, costarring the hottie Megha Akash, and script by maverick maker Trivikram Srinivas. Bankrolled by Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and Nithiin himself, let's see if Nithiin has a winner this time, with this exclusive Chal Mohan Ranga first report by team AP Herald.

Chal Mohan Ranga begins portraying how Nithiin enters the US. and slowly falls for the bubbly Megha Akash, but situations lead to separation, followed by heartbreak, and another innings to begin his love life. Whether or not Nithiin succeeded in his love story and his attempts to join his love Megha Akash, is what Chal Mohan Ranga is all about.

Nithiin and Megha Akash are an adorable pair, and both have come up with fine performances as the young pair in love, especially with Megha Akash being the real scene stealer with her cute looks and emotions, besides her hotness in the songs.

Songs by Thaman click instantly, while the story is as old as the hills, and debutant Krishna Chaitanya's presentation, without fresh narrative and predictable sequences, makes Chal Mohan Ranga a dragging and cliched venture, saved slightly by the chemistry by the lead pair alone. Despite the universal theme of love, Chal Mohan Ranga ends up as an average outing for Nithiin, thanks to the routine screenplay that lacks pace and wow factor.
